To me this following image is portaying a split second moment of a persons thoughts. It is not looking into what the ferris wheel looks like, rather the atmosphere and experience of being there.
I am fond of this image because of the relaxing feeling it portrays as the sun is rising or setting. The mystery behind the chair propels the thought of a deaper meaning or story behind the image. I find that lomo images portray moments stronger with their high saturation of colour and grainier pictures.
The overlay techniques in this image have caught my eye, not because of the techniques used but rather the meaning behind it. The image is portraying how the possibility of the area becoming crowded by hinting it with the transparent people walking through. The idea of overlaying within the image needs to inhance the meaning behind it and strengthen the image.
